Videos are in a loop so you can visualize the movement, and look at it if you missed it. However, you should keep the stretch during the 20 seconds of exercise, and rest during the 10 seconds of rest.

Tip : during the rest period, try to move your body in order to improve your blood flow!

Some sports or activities work out some muscles in common! Moreover, the stretches in a program always start with the lower body ones, and then the upper body ones. Therefore, it’s possible that you can have the same exercises at the beginning of different programs!

Unfortunately, not at the moment. In the upcoming versions, we will have music & sounds added! Right now, we only have voice-overs and beeps announcing the beginning and the end of a movement.

However, the app allows you to play your own music in the background! We recommend you to turn on your favorite songs and start stretching!

Yes! New programs are going to be added over time! We’re currently working on them! Don’t hesitate to contact us and mention which sport or activity you’d like to see in the app!

AZ Stretch is free to download and provides for a 7-day free trial with no credit card required and no commitment required. After your free trial, you get access to the always free version. If you feel like stretching helped you feel better, you can subscribe to the app with the following options: US$4.99/month for the monthly subscription, US$35.99/year for the yearly subscription, and US$59.99 one-time to get lifetime access to the app. You can cancel the monthly and yearly subscription at any time.

YES! AZ Stretch is made for everyone, beginners included! You’ll find stretches adapted to your level and flexibility, as well as tips on how to increase or decrease the stretch in your muscle.

Be patient and keep on stretching, you’ll see the progress coming faster than you’d think! We encourage you to take pictures of your journey, no matter where you start! Don’t be shy, and be proud of yourself, you’ll be amazed by how much you’ve accomplished! Don’t hesitate to share them with us on Instagram, we’ll gladly congratulate you!

Don’t forget, before starting an exercise program, please consult your doctor.

Creating an account allows you to remember all your data and your progress, to access the app on different devices, and to transfer your subscription to a different device (including iOS to Android and Android to iOS) and to uniquely identify your account.

If you forgot your password, please log out of your account. On the Welcome screen, click on Sign in, then on Sign in with email, and then on Forgot password?. You’ll be prompted to enter the email associated with your account. If we found an account matching this email, you’ll receive an email with a link to create a new password.

Please note that users that signed up using Google or Apple do not have a password.

If you want to update your profile, please head to the Settings, then click on Manage account.

There, you’ll be able to update your name and email, to change your password and to delete your account.

If you received a message saying "This user can’t be found", it means the account is not registered in our database, probably caused by the minor typing mistake when you try to register. If you wish to reclaim your subscription, please provide us your username by sending an email at support@azsport.app!

We're sorry to see you go. If you wish to delete your account, follow these steps: 1. Open the AZ Stretch app 2. Log in into your account 3. Go to "Settings" 4. Click on "Manage Account" 5. Click on "Delete account" and follow the steps to confirm the deletion. Please note that some identifying data might be kept in order to comply with local laws.

Please open your app, go to your Settings and click Restore Purchases. If this doesn’t unlock the app, please email us a screenshot of the subscription confirmation email from the App Store/Google Play at support@azsport.app. We need it to identify your transaction. Thank you for your cooperation and sorry for the inconvenience!

Your Free Trial is already included in the app. You don’t need a credit card or a commitment to activate it. Plus, you can decide whenever you want to start it. Just open the app, wait for the pop-up, and click on “Activate my free trial” to get access to it. Happy stretching!

Yes! We implemented it in the app. If you buy your subscription on iOS, you can share your subscription on your Android device and keep on being charged on iOS. However, you need to create an account to access this feature. If it isn’t working, send us an email at support@azsport.app.

If you started your subscription on the App Store and would like to cancel it, please tap Home on the bottom menu, then your Profile Picture on the top left corner, then Subscriptions and Manage on the App Store.

If you started your subscription on Google Play and would like to cancel it, please head to the Google Play app, go to Subscriptions, select the subscription you wish to cancel, click on Cancel subscription and follow the instructions there.

You will still have access to the classes till the end of your trial period.

For all purchases made within the Google Play Store, Google acts as the distributor and your co-contractor and therefore is responsible for handling anything in regards to payments or transactions. In order to get in touch with the Google Play Store support regarding your issue, please  click here.

For all purchases made within the App Store, please contact Apple's customer support to request a refund. Please be aware that all purchases made via Apple App Store are subject to Apple’s Terms and Conditions. Apple acts as the distributor and your co-contractor and insists on handling refunds themselves. Contact Apple's customer support directly to request a refund via this link. Please also make sure to cancel the automatic renewal of your subscription with Apple's App Store to prevent further charges in the future. More information can be found here

We're sorry to hear that you have trouble using the app. Could you please email us a screenshot of the last screen you see before the app crashes at support@azsport.app and let us know what button you tap on that screen so that we could look into it? Alternatively, please record a video of your device’s screen from launching the app till the moment the app crashes. It would be extremely helpful.

This bug can occur, even though it’s very rare. In case it happens, please click on “prev”, and then on “next”. This should allow the video to load again. If this doesn’t solve the issue, don’t hesitate to contact us at support@azsport.app and describe the issue. We’re sorry for the inconvenience.

This usually happens if your internet connection is unstable. Please give the app an extra 15 seconds to see if some progress is made. If nothing happens, please make sure your have an active and stable internet connection. If that’s the case, close the app and open it again. If the bug is still there, try to clear the cache from Downloads in the Settings. If nothing happens, send us an email support@azsport.app describing the issue, and we’ll get in touch with you. We’re really sorry for the inconvenience.

Absolutely! Head to the Settings, then to Downloads, and click on Clear cache. That’s it! Don’t worry, you can download the videos again later.
